Roon not working after Update

Description Of Issue

iOS App invited for some update, after that no connection to core possible. Always login screen , but does not connect/accept. Same behavior with WIN10 App, PWD reset, server restart did not help.

So the behavior is: SCREEN_Choose your Roon Server - ready dot is green ==> connect ==> SCREEN_roon login - after login (takes minutes!)==> SCREEN_access rights - …you have already authorized 1 device…, now there is just the option to deauthorize my server

De autherise is the thing to do, it’s been a common issue widely reported

And then the database on server os lost ?

No but even if, that’s why you have backups, don’t you?

Mine was not lost, I just clicked the link and Roon appeared where I left off.

Thank you. After pushing the button it worked as before.
