Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

Please let us know if we can extend your Roon trial so you have a chance to try the system.

We’ll need just a little more information to take effective action here - specifically, we need to know if you’re having trouble connecting to the endpoint (finding, enabling it in Roon, etc.) or streaming to the endpoint (dropouts, music fails to start, etc.).

What is the specific issue you’re encountering with this streamer? Does the device appear in the Audio tab in Roon?

If you do experience dropouts, what is the error message listed in Roon?

Just in case there might be a misunderstanding, the eversolo is a so called roon ready endpoint. It cannot run a roon server. For this you’d have to run a roon server on a separate dedicated device. There are a lot of different options.
