Description of Issue

Lots of problems since update on Tuesday.
With a knowledgeable friend yesterday we restored a backup and Roon worked well- until this pm when I lost my connection again. I don’t want to lose Roon but I need to have some certainty before I renew my annual payment later next week.

How long did you wait? The database update can take a while, but shouldn’t take more than 5 minutes with your library.

Consider moving to a monthly payment plan to reduce risk. Also consider a detailed description of problems, setup, etc. to induce any help from this forum.
