Thanks Joel_B for sharing your method. Mine also only able to update after going to the Web interface and restart Roon software. Then I could finally get to update page on the Roon client.
Ben and Support team should look into why this is the case. User on 2.0 (1299 build) should not be stuck and not able to use Roon because of this update.
Having similar issue on a mac. version 1223 is installed. it errors when trying to install the download. remote app wonât connect.
Please open a new thread as requested by Roon, this one was marked solved and you wonât get visibility here
Hey Tony, we received a notification today for a Roon OS update to Build (259). My NUC is already on build (259) as of 2 days ago so apparently that explains the OS boot with the last software update.

Notified several days after the release of build 259âŚnot impressed.
I got 259 today as far as I can tell. (And 1310 Early Access which also isnât announced in EA yet 
)
