You haven’t given much information to go on. What is the error message or symptom. The details of your network. So, if you could fill in the rest of the information that will help support out.
In the meantime,
I would suggest plugging a monitor into the Nucleus and seeing what the it is displaying. Posting a pic of that screen here would be helpful too.
If it is showing a screen indicating it has an IP address, then I would try to connect to the Nucleus Web UI using that IP address. like
http://[Enter Nucleus IP here without the brackets]/ in a browser on your PC.
