Roon Nucleus Dead?

The nucleus is now with the local stereo shop where I bought it for about 2 weeks. They are supposed to be working with Roon to resolve this. Wes from Roon Support was assisting me on this. Wes, please respond again and let me know if you are aware of Roon’s involvement with my nucleus, either remotely instructing the stereo shop, or if the Nucleus has been sent to Roon.

Please keep in mind, it’s possible there’s no mention of Alan but a general reference to a Nucleus repair. I don’t want to get these guys in any trouble with our friend, @Alan_Wishnoff so let’s avoid speculation. In digging, there is something that says Attn: Wes but doesn’t mention Alan. Doing my sleuthing, I find the dealer in proximity to Alan. I am awaiting a response from them at this time. Wes
