Hello,
my Roon Nucleus is not working anymore since I started an update this morning. My iPhone asked me this morning and so I started and since then it does not work anymore. I tried to solve the problem with pushing the button and pull out the plug. Unfortunately there was no effect.
The Nucleus is shown in our network, but the app on iPhone or iPad does not show it anymore, just searching.

Can you give some details on your networking setup?
Do you have any non-iOS remotes? Are they experiencing the same connection issue?
Are you able to access the Nucleus Web Administration Interface?
Yes, sure, we do have a Fritzbox 7590 and it worked all perfectly in the past few months, unfortunately we do not have a non-IOS remote… I am not able to access the Nucleus Web Administration Interface. I do have a Cambridge Audio CXNv2 and a Songs Move.
I have the feeling that it could have to do with the IOS App, because I deleted it and installed it again on my iPad and iPhone: it shows then for a short time to connect to the Core, but then it closes itself and ends. Do you have an idea what to do?
Can you connect the Nucleus to a TV or monitor via HDMI while it’s also connected to power and Ethernet? There will be some diagnostics info displayed here that will help us understand what’s occurring — Can you send us a picture of this output?

it’s strange but magic, my Nucleus is now working again, just at the moment I connected it with HDMI to a monitor… The remote App is working and I’m so glad and happy that it is working again.
