Description of Issue

Two issues:
1.) Nucleus does not see BlueSound Vault 2 content.
2.) Nucleus does not see iTunes library (on my Mac)

As a first step, could you please review these articles to ensure the proper process has been completed when importing your files into Roon? Please feel free to take a look: iTunes (please note, you’ll need to add the XML file directly into the watched folder in order for your iTunes files to be imported into Roon), FAQ: What’s a watched folder?, and Nucleus Internal Storage (if you’re interested in installing an SSD into the Nucleus).
