Ever since new app update I haven’t been able to login to Tidal successfully, it simply says failed. Also it won’t discover my Roon ready audio Devices such as Denon AVR A110 or Blusound. I’ve never had a problem using Roon app before. When I open app it says it’s connected to my Nucleus but nothing works. How do I know if Roon Nucleus is working properly or do I have to send out for repairs?
You could start by connecting the nucleus via HDMI to your TV or monitor and check if the device boots up properly, whether its throwing error messages or does not show anything at all. Could be a first hint.
