Roon Nucleus not detected on network; reauthorization required (ref#QY52LX)

What’s happening?

· I'm having trouble with my DAC, speakers, streamer, etc.

· I see my device in Settings > Audio, but I can't enable it

I have a Roon Nucleus (SN 54B2038BD25C)
My network is not seeing it. I also received a message that because I am using in my summer home that I need to reauthorize. What is the problem.
About to completely give up on Roon despite having a lifetime license.

I have a ADTRAN Model 864 v6 modem
I have a Silent Angel Bonn N6 switch

Your screenshot seems to show that your Nucleus is seen on the network - it shows the Data folder in the Nucleus?

If you are seeing a reauthorize message in your Roon client, then try clicking the Unauthorize button to resolve the glitch with the Licence server in Roon’s Cloud service.

I believe @Geoff_Coupe is correct here - Roon most likely things your attempting to use a second Roon Server device when you’re only able to run a single server per license.
