Describe the issue

My Roon Nucleus will not play music thru my non-roon ready Processor. It is connected to the Nucleus via HDMI-A

Describe your network setup

My internet is provided by Spectrum. However my router is eero. I use AudioQuest HDMI cables.

Fellow User here, it might help if you post a screen pic of the Settings/Audio page showing the HDMI connection.

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please clarify what you mean by the music will not play? Is the HDMI zone not visible at all? Do you get errors when attempting to start playback? If you plug in the HDMI from the Nucleus to a TV, does that output sound as expected?
