Thank you for your post and we’re sorry to hear you’re encountering issues.

Do you see any activity indicated by the LEDs on the unit when you attempt to power it on (flashing, temporary lighitng up, etc)?

What about if you connect the HDMI output to a display/monitor and attempt to power the Nucleus on? Do you see anything output to the screen?
