Error message is Qobuz network connectivity issue. Seems to lose connection with Eversolo streamer. Nucleus is plugged into network extender and connection to eversolo is wireless. Happens very frequently at all times of the day. There is no internet connectivity issues with any other devices in the room. I assume system automatically buffers? Thank you in advance.
Is the “extender” connected with ethernet to the router? Or is the “extender” wireless to the router?

I would guess that is part of the issue. Not saying it is the only issue, but you might try hooking the Roon server directly to the Main router with ethernet if possible. Roon might be saturating the wireless?

Did hardwiring the Nucleus to the main router improve playback stability? Please provide the approximate timestamp (or the name of a track that was playing) when you last experienced a dropout. We’ll activate diagnostics to follow up from there. Thanks!
It’s definitely made some improvement as the songs don’t cut out as frequently or after a longer period of time but it’s still happening. It just stopped playing after several seconds of Natural Mystic 8/30/2024 10:25am Pacific Time. Thanks
