Roon Nucleus One stuck on 'waiting for your Roon server' after reboot (ref#YLI7FF)

What’s happening?

· Roon won’t start, update, or finish installing

Describe the issue

running a roon nucleus one. It started missing tracks. I attempted a reboot and am now met with "waiting for your roon server" - I am unable to gain any access. I am in the UK

BT home hub 2 but the roon nucleus one is LAN connected directly to the master hub

Thanks for reaching out. Can you please confirm, are you still able to access the Nucleus Web UI? If you press the Select a different Roon Server button, does it show up there at all? Is the Nucleus power button illuminated? If none of these help, please try to connect the unit via HDMI to a TV or monitor and share a picture of what you see there. Thank you.
