Description of Issue

Hi @Support team,

Seems like my Nucleus+ got the same issue like similar cases recently. Can’t boot, can’t see from HDMI at all.

I need to unauthorize this Nucleus+ to bring back to the retailer to check. In the mean time, I will set up a different Core instead. Can you private me to help me unauthorize the failed Nucleus+ so I can set up Roon Core on another Intel NUC?

I’m not support, but…
… just set up your replacement core, then on startup unauthorize the nucleus and away you go!

Hi @Philip_Cao,

Sorry to hear your Nucleus has failed, hope you get it sorted promptly.

When you setup the new Roon Core, it will prompt to unauthorise the currently licensed one, just click on the icon and your good.

You don’t need to un-authorise it. When you sign in to the new core it will ask you if you want to make it your new core. If you select yes the old machine will be de-authorised.
