Hi @Michael_S ,

There’s a UI glitch, see forum banner and pinned support topic.

It’s likely you have the same issue, have you attempted to use Roon?

If the Roon Remote connects and you can play tracks, you can ignore this error.

I did see the banner after my post was live. I tried rebooting the Titan again and after a long slow bootup and slow loading it only displayed 25% of my music and no Qobuz or Tidal albums after another 10 minutes it is now displaying all of my Music collection and working.

Hey @Michael_S,

Thanks for the update and letting us know you were able to get things back up and running! Our team is wrapping up a fix for the webUI glitch, and should be back to normal soon.

Thanks for your patience in the meantime :folded_hands:

Hi @Michael_S,

That’s good to hear, if you have a large library it can take Roon some time to get going after a software update.

I’ll mark this topic as solved, as your up and running once more. However, if you have further issues just let Roon support know and they will investigate.

I have 6800+ ripped CD’s SACD’s and Hi-Def 16 bit and 24bit digital downloads.

Thanks for the reply’s and Help Case Closed
