Roon on iPad stuck in profile

Roon Is stuck in landscape mode on my (new) iPad; won’t rotate to profile. Other apps do, and the iPad’s lock is off. Roon isn’t just designed that way is it?

Search the community threads there is a hoard of comments ,complaints etc

It’s to do with pixel width on the display

Only the iPad Pro 12.9 can support both

If it’s any consolation, I have a Win 10 Sony Vaio laptop/tablet which supports both. I use it in landscape as portrait looks odd, too long and thin.

I depends on the relative aspect ratios of the dispays
