Roon on Naim MuSo - Volume control intermittent

Hi,
I have the setup below but have an issue with the volume control in Roon. I can slide the volume up and down but the volume does not always change. This is intermittent and will happen about 1 in 5 attempts. If I use the plus/minus buttons in the app I get the same issue.

What version of Roon you are running - 1.4 build 310
What operating system you are running - Windows 10 64 bit
What is Roon server running on – Intel Core i7 NUC 16gb / 512 SSD / Windows 10
Basic information about the device you’re using – Microsoft Surface Pro 4 Core i7 / 16GB RAM / 512 SSD
Describe where your music is stored – Synology NAS connected via Gbit switch
Let us know your collection size – Around 36000 tracks
What is your end point: NAIM MuSo

Hi @Carl_Wetton ----- Thank you for the report and sharing this observation you have made with us. The feedback is very appreciated!

I am going to have one of our tech team members try reproduce this behavior to see what we can come up with. I will have to check to see if we have a MuSo in our QA lab but can you verify for me if you can reproduce this behavior with other endpoints as well?
