Roon on NUC problem after new instalation

Hello,

I had Roon installed on Synology. Now I must move it to NUC. I installed RoonOS and I have access by Web UI.
I start Roon from my iPad, log in, set language and other parameters. The iPad app restarts and now app starts and closes immediately. It is the same for laptop.

Can someone help me?

Are the remotes on the same version as the Roon core?

Use the Web Administration Interface of the NUC to reinstall the Roon Operating System. That will install the latest version of Roon which should fix this issue.
