Description of Issue

Hi,
I can no longer access my Roon Server.

When I load and connect to a screen it says “it looks like http://169.254.x.x may not be accessible”

It says Roon OS can be directly accessed at 169.254.165.5/ but it cannot be reached.

I’ve changed router and it is on 192. IP
I’ve reset the ip on the nuc but still get the same problem.

The NUC is linked directly to the router, which in turn is linked to my Virgin Media Hub (used only as modem.

Can you help solve this please?

Thanks!

that IP address 169.254.x.x is a sign that the ROCK/NUC has not been able to find a DHCP server to get the actual address.

Try rebooting the router, wait a couple of minutes and then reboot the ROCK/NUC again.
