Is Roon Server running?

· No, Roon Server is not running.

For Roon connectivity to work properly, both Roon Server and Roon Remote need to be turned on.

The Roon Server package no longer works, please switch to the official Docker image to run Roon Server on your NAS. See also:

The QNAP package you are trying to use is no longer the supported way to run Roon Server on that NAS. Please switch to the official Docker installation for QNAP, and follow Installing RoonServer on QNAP with Docker for the current setup steps.

If you already have the Docker-based Roon Server installed and it still will not start, let us know exactly what you see in Container Station when you launch it, and whether the NAS can pull the container image successfully.

We can take it from there.
