When I start the Windows version of roon, it no longer proceeds from the hourglass symbol that seems to indicate acoustics. I think I was able to start it last month.

First, Close Roon or Stop Roon Server
Then locate your Roon Database
Navigate to Database\Registry\Core
Locate the Qobuz_account file and delete it
Restart Roon/Roon Server
Log into Qobuz again
