Roon on Windows stuck at hourglass during startup (ref#TEIAE2)

Describe the issue

When I start the Windows version of roon, it no longer proceeds from the hourglass symbol that seems to indicate acoustics. I think I was able to start it last month.

Thanks for reaching out. I’ve activated diagnostics mode for your account and I believe I see the issue here, it looks to be related to your Qobuz account.

Let’s try to clear your Qobuz registry and see if that helps.

Please use the steps below:

First, Close Roon or Stop Roon Server
Then locate your Roon Database
Navigate to Database\Registry\Core
Locate the Qobuz_account file and delete it
Restart Roon/Roon Server
Log into Qobuz again
