Description of Issue
When I access the Roon website on my laptop or PC, nothing appears. When I open the roon player on my laptop, there’s also no content visible. When I click on the account icon, only the account information shows up. However, on the mobile app, which I use as a remote control, everything appears normally.

As a first step, do you by chance have an available backup you could restore from?
Can you confirm you are on the correct profile within Roon?
