Roon only playing audio through one channel (ref#PHHTYS)

Issue resolved. Turns out an opamp had failed in my headphone amp/dac, knocking out the right hand channel, and (coincidentally) my right hand laptop speaker has never worked, without me even knowing until now.

Change of op amps in headphone amp/dac and all is good again.
