· Roon OS Device (Nucleus) is Not Found under Setup Find Roon OS
Tell us about your home network
· EERO router connected via ethernet. Previously worked until updated MacOS to Golden Gate 27.0. Am aware of workaround page involving terminal and tried that. Can not get nucleus to appear to connect to.
Thanks for the details and the screenshot. According to our internal diagnostics, your Nucleus is on a 10.0.1.Z IP range while your Mac is on a 192.168.7.XYZ range.
That puts them on different local IP ranges, which explains why the Mac cannot see the Nucleus under Setup. We’ve linked the relevant guidance on how to know if your devices are on the same subnet/IP range in case you want to compare the two networks directly.
Noris: My mac is on 192.168.7.102, consistent with your email.
Since I cannot locate my roon nucleus, I cannot find what its IP address is. I used our router app (eero), the roon nucleus is not listed in the 192.168 range, and I cannot see anything in a 10.0.1 range.
Presuming your diagnosis is correct, what is the next step to get the roon nucleus operational again (it has worked for probably seven years in the current setup). I presume I need to get the roon uncles over to the 192.168 range, so how do I do that?
