Roon OS not recognizing music folder on Mac Mini (ref#ATPEBQ)

Describe the issue

Trying to use Roon on Mac Mini. 1) The Roon OS does not seem to recognize my music folder. Followed your directions and can’t get anything to load. Why? 2) I did, buy a song on iTunes, saved it on my Desktop, and that song did load, but without any graphics. Why? Thank you.

Describe your network setup

Ethernet used to Mac Mini from an AT&T fiber router model BGW320-505.

Thanks for reaching out to us to ask about this issue.
Issue 1: Try clicking the three dot menu next to each storage location. There will be an option that says “Force Rescan”. Please let us know. If it doesn’t solve the issue can you please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader?

Issue 2: Roon may not have properly identified that track. Can you show us that track in Roon? Is it just sitting on your desktop and not in a folder?
