Are you using a RoonOs device as your server such a Nucleus or self build ROCK install on a NuC? If not it won’t find one if you’re using Windows/Mac or Linux this is perfectly normal.

Thanks for reaching out to ask about this issue. According to our records this account has no servers associated with it. Are you using another account to log into Roon? What kind of server are you using?

As you are a new user I would recommend checking out this article that explains more about how Roon works.
