Roon Playback Skipping with TIDAL and KEF LSX

About a month ago Roon started skipping significantly when I attempt to play music through TIDAL on my KEF LSX speakers. The speakers work fine with Spotify Connect and when I attempt to play files stored on my Roon server, and since I just upgraded my router, I'm almost 100% sure it is not a network problem. I did some searching on the Roon support forum, and it seems like there were TIDAL skipping problems in the past, and so I'm wondering if there's a similar issue now. The skipping is so bad that it makes Roon completely unusable.

I've went back and forth with KEF customer service a number of times, and short from sending the speakers in for evaluation, I'm pretty much out of options with them. But since the speakers work fine with all other forms of playback, it seems that the Roon/TIDAL combination is definitely the issue.

Anyone else experiencing the same problem or have suggestions on how to go about fixing it?

Your speakers and Roon server are both connected via Ethernet?

No, neither my MBP nor speakers are connected via Ethernet. Both are wireless.

Can you reproduce the issue with both hardwired via ethernet?

Also, are you able to reproduce the skipping using Roon without the KEF endpoints?

Lastly, if you could reproduce the issue, share the track name, and then please use the directions found here and send over a set of logs to our File Uploader, that would be helpful. Thank you!
