Please check Roon Settings → Services → TIDAL, and then Edit. Make sure you have Max set.

Welcome! And thanks for writing in - I believe @mjw is steering you in the right direction here. I can see from your admin that you’re running a premium Tidal integration within your Roon account, and, therefore should be able to play Flac files.
