Installed and uninstalled several times the Roon plug-in for Elgato Stream deck but was not able to connect to the Roon core. Ip address is correct and copied directly fromn the display tab.
IP is fixed and port is 9330
Output device is Naim Uniti Star
Issues did not get any reaction when clicking on connect button and no authorisation appear on the extension tabs of Roon.
Any advice would be helpful.

Hi @Marcus_Lim, the plugin is a community extension, and not supported by Roon. Consequently, I have moved this to Tinkering where you’ll find details of the extension.
This does sound like a network issue. A few initial things to check:
Double-check that Roon is actually showing port 9330 under Settings / Displays.
Is the computer with the Stream Deck on the same network (subnet, WLAN, etc) as your Roon server?
Do you have a firewall that might be blocking the outgoing connection from the Stream Deck computer to Roon (or the other way)?
Usually when I’ve run into this issue, my computer has been on one of my other WiFi networks and thus hasn’t been able to reach the Roon server. If possible, check the output of cURL per the Troubleshooting point on Roon playback control for Elgato Stream Deck | docBliny.github.io .
