To confirm, are you using an active subscription with Qobuz? Are you able to access your Qobuz account normally, outside of Roon?

If you created your Qobuz account using an Apple, Google, or Facebook account, you might have issues syncing your account in Roon. To fix this, you can create a Qobuz-specific password by:

  1. Logging into your Qobuz account and accessing My Account
  2. Clicking My Personal Information
  3. Clicking Change Password below your email address
  4. Creating a new password and clicking Save
  5. Returning to Roon and following the steps to log in to Qobuz
