For further clarification …. Roon plays songs on my nucleus one ,but has started glitching when searching for songs….it just quits randomly and a browser pops up. Using an iPad…. Please help

Can you please clarify what do you mean under “ a browser pops up “ ?

The screenshot would be appreciated.

Are all of your remotes glitching and having an app crash ?

Do you have a sustainable way of reproducing the issue ?

And lastly, when it happens again, can you please share a time stamp of this event with us ?

When searching for a song/artist it will appear in the list and when I go to click on it, roon closes and I am in the Apple browser. It doesn’t happen every time, but once it starts, the search functionality is done. I can still reopen roon and go to a playlist and start from there, but nothing to screen shot since it just closes roon.
