Roon radio no access to Qobus

Roon radio only works with my local library.
I saw more reports about this, but no recommendation works with me.
I switched Qobuz on and off. I started my server. Nothing helps.
What else could I do?

A couple of questions.

1. Are you able to play a track from Qobuz without issue?

2. Tap the queue icon at the bottom of the screen, then the 3 dots icon near the top. Do you have Limit Radio to Library turned on?

I just tried Tidal.
It works with Tidal, but not with Qobuz, but I do not want to pay two accounts.

So we can better assist you, please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.

Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.

Moving forward with troubleshooting, I’d like to learn a bit more about what you’re seeing.

• How are you starting Radio? Are you letting the Queue finish and Radio is starting or are you manually starting Radio?
• What content are you starting Radio from? Can you share a screenshot of the Album/Track/Artist/etc.?

Problem disappeared. I have not changed anything. I guess it was a problem at Qobuz.
