I only stream, Tidal & Qobuz, Nucleus 1, so nothing stored locally. Recently I noticed Roon Radio is only selecting from my library list and no longer plays songs outside pf my library list.
I wish it was that easy, but it is not set on to limit.
A pity, but it was necessary to check 
Actually, I think I just resolved it. At the end of the Radio line, I hit END, it acted as though it restarted Roon Radio and has now selected outside of my library. Guess I never hit END before that I know of but that changed the behavior. Maybe it toggles between use library, don’t use library? Will play around and check.
Nope, the END button does not toggle between. So no idea why using the END button resolved it, but it did.
Weird. Surely some kind of glitch, wondering if it glitched just for you or is more widespread
