Roon radio setting is buried, why?

Why is the roon radio checkbox hidden in the queue menu and not in the volume or play control area? I have to go on an Easter egg hunt every time I setup a new audio zone to I can kill it forever. I might actually use it occasionally if I was more accessible.

Also, why is the default behavior to have it enabled on a new zone?! I’m playing the music I selected, if I want to listen to someone else’s choices, I’d turn on the radio or fire up Spotify. Stop it!

I assume the reason is that it controls what Roon does when it gets to the end of your queue.

But I agree, I had to sit and think for a minute before I remembered to look at the queue, when it defaulted to on in a new zone I’d just added.

It doesn’t occur to me, since I rarely look at the queue.

I would guess it is there because the Queue is separate for each audio device. That way you can have it kick off one one audio device and not another. Why? Because more than one person can be using Roon at the same time.

I might want Roon Radio to start while I’m working in the garage listening to my music, while the spouse might NOT want it to start while they are listening to their music in the kitchen. A global setting does not work for multiple users.
