May I kindly ask that you please provide a brief description of your current setup using this link as a guide.
Make sure to describe your network configuration/topology, including any networking hardware currently in use, so we can have a clear understanding of how your devices are communicating.
So we can gain some additional insight into what you’re experiencing, may I kindly ask that you please verify the following:
- Can you confirm whether or not this is happening for all audio zones? If you play directly to one of your remotes to you experience this behavior?
- Can you please share a screenshot of the signal path playing to one of the affected devices?
- Have you noticed any patterns in this behavior? Does it happen only when playing certain types of content?
