Hey! Would love to hear what folks are liking for Roon ready DACs under 1500. Specifically interested in XLR outputs to drive my Genelecs!

A number of Matrix Audio devices fit into this category and I have an older Mini-i Pro 3 and the more recent Mini-i4 and have been extremely happy with both of them. They also run XLR and RCA at the same time so you can also run a Sub at the same time if you want to.
They have other devices closer to your target price as well. Great hardware and good software and device support

That’s not a Roon Ready DAC, just a very good standalone DAC

Gustard A26 or Matrix Audio element i2 (like it much more than the i3 pro)
It’s the Element i2 that I was thinking about.
I have not used one myself, but I have been very happy with the mini-i devices with price appropriate devices in the chain
