Help Needed Downgrading Roon

@ Martin_Webster @support Can you help me please. I upgraded the Roon remote (technically roonallinone x64) on my windows PC to Roon 2.0 before being told / realising that my ROCK core will not be able to upgrade to 2.0. Now my roon remote is 1.8 legacy, my ROCK core is 1.8 and they are not talking to each other. I have followed all the instructions in Roon 1.8-2.0 migration guide.
