Hey @Darren_Tellier,

Thanks for your patience while we work through each thread! Following up here, are you still having issues getting Roon up and running on your remote devices?

If so, I would first give your router and network a hard reboot. Can you confirm your remotes are on the same network and subnet as your core device? Please make sure you have the latest build installed on both your core and remotes.

I’ll be on standby for your reply.

Hi Benjamin,
I did re-start everything, the host computer, modem and router. I did check each device’s network connection to ensure they were on the same network. My ISP recently replaced the router and I suspect the router is managing (restricting) traffic, although it’s odd that everything was working for a few weeks after the router was changed, and then this issue surfaced. I hate to say that I discontinued my subscription.
Thanks for looking into this issue. I hope some of the information I have provided helps resolve similar issues in the future.

Hey @Darren_Tellier,

I completely understand your frustration with things not working properly, and I’m sorry that it got to the breaking point of needing to cancel your Roon subscription.

If you’d be interested in continuing to troubleshoot things, I’d be happy to get you set up with a temporary trial of Roon while we look for a fix.

From your original message, I’m not seeing specifically how your Core is connected to your Router. As a next step, I would look at hardwiring your core directly to your router via Ethernet, and see if you still run into the issue.

Let me know and I can get things moving for you. :+1:
