This error 42125 and 42127 seems to be typically related to Antivirus software, apparently often Norton 360 but also others. Is your screenshot showing an Antivirus scan?
I don’t know but it might be. I don’t want to alarm you but e.g. the first Google search result says:
„Error 42125 indicates that a ZIP archive is corrupted. On Windows 11, this often appears during antivirus or system scans when the scanner encounters a damaged ZIP file.“
If so, not only your Roon is affected but also your Quickbooks, and in this case may indicate wider disk corruption.
On the other hand, maybe it’s nothing and just crappy security software doing stupid things as it often does.
You could reach out to Norton and look in their help pages to find out whether your should be concerned about this scan result.
I’d reinstall Roon on the Windows machine and see if this changes anything
As @Suedkiez noted, the several corruption traces may point to a deeper issue, so we would suggest running a Disk Check on the device. We also noticed that you mentioned running an Antipodes server, but our diagnostics do not show any server active for your account.
It is possible that your Antipodes was affected by a new minimum system requirements change, so I would also suggest checking the article here for more details. Please report back after the Disk Check, and we can take it from there.
Just checking in on this. Were you able to run the Disk Check on the device and see whether those corruption traces still show up? We also noticed the Antipodes server mention, but our diagnostics are not showing any active server on your account, so it would help to know whether that machine is still in use and, if so, whether it may have run into the newer minimum system requirements. If you have any updates after the Disk Check, let us know and we can take it from there.
Please note, if we don’t hear back from you this thread may close automatically soon. If the thread auto-closes and you need further assistance, please submit a reopen support request via the technical support help form below and specify that the issue should be reopened. Thank you.
