I have a ROON Remote runs on NUC8i7,it runned well.
Since one week, RoonRemote can’t find the roon server even by Ethernet with a PC.
When I try to resetDatabase and settings I get this message
Settings and databses could not be reset. Please try again, or contact support. {“status”:“Failure”,“exitcode”:2}

As a first step I’d suggest rebooting everything, including the remote, your core, and any network devices (routers, mesh devices, switches etc). If that doesn’t help you’ll probably need to create a post in the #support category.
