Ehh…I gave a very specific set of circumstances on the Fold 6 when it crashes. I never use Roon with opening, closing, opening, etc. and adjusting the screen size. I either keep it close or open so not a big deal to me. I will say though the app keeps disconnecting, but I think it may be a Samsung thing, where it tries to find the best signal and changes from mobil to wifi? I don’t know, just guessing here. I have a Fold 7 now.
Lock screen ROON crash issue on Samsung, seems to be resolved with the new update to Androud 16 UI 8.0

It would be helpful if you could describe the use case in more detail and record the ADB logs while the issue occurs.
Connect your PC to Android phone and install ADB (instructions are here (all platforms)). Then:
- Type adb shell in terminal
- Type logcat v (ref: Logcat command-line tool | Android Studio | Android Developers)
- Reproduce the problem and let terminal print logs for 3-5 more seconds
- Select output from the moment you started the reproduction of the bug till the very end
- Upload the log here and let us know once you have done so:

Just to clarify a few key details:

You don’t get this crash if you’re playing to System Output on the phone.

You do get this crash if you’re playing to a networked endpoint.
Roon Remote won’t be responsible for the audio transport between RoonServer → network streamer, so we’re going to take this as an indication that the crash only occurs when the phone is not functioning as a Roon Zone (only a GUI/Roon Remote).
If you’re able to capture and share ADB logs per @vadim’s instructions above, that will greatly accelerate development’s investigation into this report.
Otherwise, a screen recording or a video taken from another device should also sufficiently illustrate the problem.
