I am not sure how to access this as the app is failing to stay open - crashes before I can interact with it.

Meridian 210 streamer

Number of Tracks in Library

Mainly using Tidal

Description of Issue

Have seen some threads on the issue already - Roon Remote crashes on all devices (iPhones, Mac, MacBooks) upon startup.

I am just looking for a step-by-step solution to resolve - or a link to an existing thread with a solution.

Hi. Thanks for following up. I am ok now. I was able to reinstall the operating system via http://nucleus.local. It took a bit of digging through threads to find it though. You might want to make that more accessible in FAQs, etc. perhaps it was already and I just missed it the first time….
