Roon remote for Android not working properly (Galaxy Tab A7)

Roon Server Machine:
ROCK on ASUS Intel i7

Networking Gear & Setup Details:
Roon Server and Roon Bridge connected via LAN.

Connected Audio Devices:
Raspberry Pi 4 with Volumio as Bridge

Number of Tracks in Library: 4577

Description of Issue:
After opening the app, on a Galaxy Tab A7, everything works fine. After a while, the artists in the library are not accessible any longer, the Roon egg continues to appear. Other items like albums or composers are accessible. Closing and re-opening the app solves the problem only temporarily.

Sounds like probably same/similar issue as reported in this and several other threads both for iOS and Android

It’s pretty bad. My iPhone Roon app seems to be unable to establish a connection with the server if the screen times off or I leave Roon (switch apps to Safari for example) for a few minutes it loses the connection with the server and I have to quit the app and restart it. This happens every time. My Mac is much better at maintaining the connection. For the last year I’ve never had these issues, this is a recent regression.

Thank you for your patience while we worked through the queue. @Suedkiez is probably correct here. We are continuing to work on the issue and hope to resolve it soon.
