Hi,
Recently when opening the Roon app on my iPhone it has started asking me to log in.
When I have logged in it tells me I am already logged in and asks me to look at buying another license.
It also cannot find my audio devices.
Each time I am having to disconnect all devices, reload my audio device (my DAC). Then everything works.
I have deleted and reinstalled the Roon app but to no avail. It’s becoming a bit of a pain.
Any ideas what is happening.

Hi,
Sometimes Roon licensing server gets confused and thinks the current Roon Server is an additional different installation.
Just press the unauthorise icon, it’s quite safe, and then login as normal.

To aid Roon’s support team can you provide details of your setup (Roon Server Machine, Audio Devices and how they are connected including any network equipment.

Hi @Gordon_Matthews ,
Thanks for writing in to let us know about this issue. As @Carl said this can usually be solved by deauthorizing and then reauthorizing the server you want to use. Does this solution solve your login issue?
Hi, no it doesn’t. Just used the app and one again asked me to sign in and couldn’t see my DAC.
It constantly seems to think I am logged in elsewhere. This only started happening a month or so ago. Has my account been compromised?
Thanks
daniel

That’s not likely but if you’d like I can send you a list of the computers registered to your account via private message.
If you could it would be appreciated. Thanks
