My core is located on a Mac Mini but I use a MacBook for control.
Am I correct in saying I have to download the whole Roon including a core to my MacBook to get the remote or is there a download of the remote only?
You download the complete Roon package - you’re just not using the Core component, only the Control (and possibly the Output) component(s).
