Roon Remote unable to find server after recent update (ref#RV8IBQ)

Since the update a few hours ago my Room remote keeps looking for server. Rebooted Android and laptop, reinstalled app after uninstalling. Remote cannot find server

I also checked my firewall and Roon is granted access. The server seems okay but don’t know anyway to troubleshoot it and I really shouldn’t have to!

Yes it is - I checked.

Now when I log in it shows that I don’t have a subscription using the same email that I always use and I just got billed for it the other day! What’s going on here? This happened after I processed the update! The monthly price is too high as it is and now this?

I can get in now. But if no one from ROON can help me out relatively soon, I’m cancelling.

It seems the issue is resolved, what is it that you still require Roon’s help with?

The above was for a problem actually logging in. Sorry- I still can’t access the core on my remote and my firewall IS granting access and my network hasn’t changed. My situation has not been resolved. I even tried uninstalling Roon and reinstalling but I can’t because I’m getting messages. The app says It cannot reach the Roon server. When right click on the server I am unable to make any changes if needed and it shows the same message when trying to install about 'instance of Roon still running even when the app on my laptop is closed.

The message is ‘please quit all instances of Roon before running’ when the app is closed. Same message above if I were to make changes to the app. Sorry again. I have Rheumatoid arthritis and my typing is bad
