Description Of Issue

None of the remotes will connect with the core OS. They had been working fine for a couple of years but in the last couple of weeks I have not been able to connect to this core. My mobile device can connect with other cores (such as the Nucleus plus at our office). I cannot figure out what could be blocking my connection on this core.

Hello @Miguel_Velez, have you rebooted your network since this started happening? Are you able to make a connection if you add 255.255.255.255 as the core’s IP on the android devices? Lastly, are any non-android devices having an issue?
