Hi @Saurabh_Ashtamkar,
Thanks for reaching out to us about this issue. I think the next step here is to enable some diagnostics on your account so our technical staff can get some more insight into what’s going on here.

However, before I enable this feature, I’d like to ask for your help ensuring we gather the right information.

First, can you please reproduce the issue once more and note the time at which the error occurs. Then respond here with that time, and I’ll make sure we review the diagnostics related to that timestamp.

Also it looks like your screenshot didn’t post. Can you please try uploading it again?

@daniel, sure I will try to reproduce the issue once again. But how do I note the time at which the error occurs?

I will re-post the error screenshots once again here.

Hi @Saurabh_Ashtamkar ,

Thanks for sending that screenshot over!

This would just be the local time of occurrence (e.g. Dec 29 at 1:24AM while playing All About You, as per your screenshot). We have activated diagnostics mode so we can use this track/timestamp as a way to investigate the error further. Looking over the previous log, it looks like you tried to reinstall Roon when the issue occurred, so we will need to have a new timestamp from you to re-run diagnostics, if you can please let us know when possible that would be helpful.

If you try to play directly to the NADAC zone without HQPlayer involved, do yo still see the issue occur?
