Roon reports phantom I as uncertified following power outage

Stereo dark chrome phantom I’s running firmware 2.13.2

No longer show up in ROON as certified and will not allow to play through them any longer. This started after total loss of power to house.

Reset the phantoms back to factory and added them back. Rebooted them. Rebooted Nucleus. Still nothing works.

Hi @christopher_rodzicza, can you try clearing the cache?

  • Stop Roon Server from running in the Web UI
  • Find and open your RoonServer database
  • Navigate to RoonServer/Cache
  • Move the contents of the /Cache folder elsewhere, like your desktop
  • Try restarting Roon Server via the WebUI and verify if the issue still occurs

Yes this has worked. I can now add the phantom back. Thank you for the detail on clearing the cache. I will hang on to this procedure and use it next time I have an issue.
